Job Responsibilities

• Handle purchase order through ordering system
• Process purchase order amendment accordance with vendors' invoice
• Monitor delivery schedule match with purchase order and update the vendors’ confirmation records 

 Job Requirements

• Secondary school graduate
• At least 1 year relevant experience in retail/ FMCG industry  
• Strong at Excel and familiar with other MS office software applications
• Sound experience of SAP is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Working location in Kwai Chung
