Job Description
YOUR TASKS
Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok
Reporting to Senior Manager, Talent Resourcing and Development, you will play a recruiter role to meet talent acquisition requirements and fulfill short-term and long-term business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for vacancies of various levels, from requisition to selection to onboarding to administrative tasks
- Work with HR Business Partners and line managers to ensure vacancies are filled by quality candidates and recruitment KPIs are met
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives and recruitment plans
- Organize and conduct job fairs and recruitment days
- Research and recommend new sources of active and passive candidates
- Develop and implement different selection tools and assessments
- Conduct new joiner orientations
- Prepare HR statistics, analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Lead and manage recruitment-related projects
- Participate in company-wide Employee Relations projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
- 4 years' in-house recruitment experience in multinational companies
- Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance of Hong Kong
- Independent, customer oriented with good influencing skills
- Detail-minded, analytical and possess a mindset of continuous improvement
- A good team player with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient PC skills
