Our client is a global leading institution with a wide range of business portfolio.  Due to their upcoming expansion plans, they are now looking for a Senior HR Operations Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities

  • As a senior people manager leading three HR operational functions: People Operation, Payroll and Cost Planning which have critical impact on day-to-day employee experience.
  • Drive and manage HR People Op functions to ensure the effective service delivery in an efficient, timely and accurate way.
  • Foster a Good communication and collaboration between People Operations and HRBPs/managers/employees.
  • Provide line management support to the People Op Team through regular One on One meetings, round table discussions, and appraisals, along with effective coaching and direction, to ensure that process improvements are successfully articulated, agreed, embedded and where appropriate, reviewed.
  • Manage the teams work plan and improvement projects ensuring a good communication, coordination, and allocation of resources.
  • Improvement on Employee Advisory & service delivery which has been built up
  • Continuous service improvement and quality assurance
  • Data quality management and reporting
  • Governance of Policies and Procedures at operational level
  • People Op improvement Project Management & with APAC HRIS to improve efficiency through system and digitalization.
  • Undertake the full performance management, including the professional development, of staff within the HR People Op team.
  • Foster a learning culture and take ownership of subordinates continuous professional and personal career development.

Requirement

  • Degree educated, in Human Resources or related studies.
  • 5 years in management experience position with experience in leading a Shared Services team 
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Entrepreneur style with eagerness to use good judgement to bring complex problems into solutions
