Responsibilities:

• Identify effective recruitment channels and selection criteria to improve hiring efficiency and work out recruitment plans
• Networking and keeping track of market development in resourcing to compete for suitable talents in the job market
• Provide recruitment services for job vacancies for the all managerial and general staff
• Liaise with user departments to understand the job responsibilities of various vacancies and provide professional advice to them
• Monitor the Officers to organize job fairs and recruitment days
• Update and revise the recruitment-related policies and procedures
• Develop training manuals that target tangible results
• Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
• Implement effective and purposeful training methods
• To identify the strengths and weaknesses/of employees and assess the potentiality/employees for growth and development by implementing an effective appraisal system
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of independent recruiting experience from in-house and/or recruitment agency environments.
• Experience in recruiting for diverse functions in catering or professional services is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; excellent in spoken and written English is a must.
• Strong numerical sense and excellent attention to detail.
• A strong team player with and ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels throughout the business.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• A positive, high-energy, proactive, can-do attitude, passionate to engage and solve problems.
