Job Description

The Club is seeking a eCommerce Operations Executive to play a key role in supporting the implementation of an ERP system.
Your Role
- Perform order refund and exchange to customer and work with Internal departments for the operation procedure
- CS enquiry & complaint case handling and support
- Payment settlement for External parties
- Monitor daily order fulfilment
- Prepare Sales Report
- Perform daily operation task
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
To succeed in this role
- Higher Diploma or above, University graduate in eCommerce, Business, & operation related discipline preferred but not a must
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in eCommerce or related industry is ideal
- Experience in eCommerce platform operations and website maintenance is preferred
- Passionate in online business and highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, independent, hard-working and willing to work under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese with strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient PC skills, Word and Excel, acknowledge of magento is an advantage;
- Immediate available is an advantage.
