Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general office support includes filing & data checking & data input
• Handle administrative work on application process and payroll process
• Uphold a filing system for the payment records and other relevant documents
• Handle inbound chats from riders and follow up on restaurant stores enquires
• Actively monitoring orders until completion and escalate the cases to superior if needed
• Check and reply to enquiry emails
• Assists in preparing regular reports
• Other administration support
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Secondary Graduate or above
• Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as well-organized
• Willing to learn and be able to work under pressure and overtime as required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
