• Design, develop and implement corporate learning & development strategies, initiatives and projects to bring service standards into practice
• Work with local L&D team to identify and address employee and organizational development needs
• Collaborate & co-create with local team and external consultants on the design and delivery of training solutions
• Conduct needs assessments, and facilitate the delivery of training programs

• Manage budgets and control expenses 

• Ensure effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results
• Support in any ad hoc projects as required

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality or related disciplines
• 6 years of learning & development experience in sizeable hospitability group
• Proven track record of facilitation in learning & development
• Good planning and execution, organized, computer literacy
• Proficient in both written and verbal English & Cantonese
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Occasional travel is required
