Responsibilities:

• Partner with operation departments to provide full spectrum of HR support including but not limited to talent acquisitions, workforce planning, performance management and employee relations
• Support and monitor the employee life cycle and advisory services provided to stakeholders including hiring, onboarding, job movement, offboarding, etc
• Ensure talent acquisition activities are completed on timely and accurate manner, advisory services are at professional service quality
• Be the focal point of contact to handle staff enquires, handle employee relations issues; counsel and coach managers on performance issues
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. Ensure full compliance with HR policies and procedures and ensure control process are in place and executed
• Provide feedback and being drivers for process improvement/workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR functions including talent acquisition and with exposure on supervisory level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in HR related systems such as Avature, Peoplesoft, SharePoint, staff engagement survey platform, etc
• Attentive to details, mature, reliable and responsible
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and good case management capability
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
