Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in data entry and documents filing
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Department
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above majoring in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/ clerical support
- Good Command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
- Mature, positive work attitude, well-organized and detail minded with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work at least 2 days per week
