Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to the Operations and Development Director
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team
  • Provide a full spectrum of good quality business assistance
  • Manage team’s calendars and meeting arrangements
  • Manage filling system
  • Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, reports and presentations

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above
  • A minimum of 5 years’ working experience, F & B background is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving, proactive
  • Strong organization, planning and coordination skills
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle simultaneous demands
  • High integrity and self-motivated
  • Have a growth mindset and is confident, positive, and a cheerful team player with high team spirit
