Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to the Operations and Development Director
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team
- Provide a full spectrum of good quality business assistance
- Manage team’s calendars and meeting arrangements
- Manage filling system
- Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- A minimum of 5 years’ working experience, F & B background is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving, proactive
- Strong organization, planning and coordination skills
- Ability to multi-task and juggle simultaneous demands
- High integrity and self-motivated
- Have a growth mindset and is confident, positive, and a cheerful team player with high team spirit
