Responsibilities:

•        Responsible for monthly payroll processing, final payment handling, MPF, tax administration and daily HRIS operations.
•        Support benefit administration including but not limited to leave management medical benefits, etc.
•        Prepare regular payroll related reports  
•        Answer the general enquiries on payroll calculation 
•        Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

•        Minimum 2 years of full cycle payroll experiences
•        Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or equivalent
•        Familiar with HK Employment ordinance and other regulations
•        Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) & prior experiences in IPL and/or Workday is highly preferred
•        Attention to detail and numerically strong
•        A self-motivated team member with good communication skill
•        Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Payroll Assistant
•        Immediately available is highly preferred
