Job Description
- Handle general clerical duties at site office, including but not limited to data entry, filing, copying, sorting incoming/outgoing correspondences, etc.;
- Occasional outdoor delivery of documents is required;
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent level or above;
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience;
- A good team player with strong sense of responsibility, attention to details;
- Conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage;
- Immediate availability is preferred;
- Work location: Sheung Shui / Fanling
