About our Client

Our client is a well-known luxury brand, headquarter in Europe. Due to the restructuring, they are currently looking for a HR supervisor to support C&B matter across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

About the Role

• Direct report to HR Manager
• Responsible for a full spectrum of C&B functions such as MPF administration, attendance & leave management, final payment, taxation, payroll, benefits and insurance administration
• Take lead on payroll outsource project
• Compile periodic HR reports and analysis for management review
• Assist manager in annual budgeting and performance management and insurance renewal exercise
• Assist in HRIS implementation and enhancement project

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• With 4 years of experience in C&B operation, ideally from retail/ FMCG industry
• Motivated and with strong can-do spirit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
