Job Description
My client, a sizable company, is now looking for a outstanding talent:
Secretary – (30K - 40K) (5days, double pay) (urgent)
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- A minimum of 5 years secretary relevant experience, preferably with experience to work with Executive Level and work in sizable company before
- Directly report to the Group Executive and provide full range of administrative and secretarial support
- Prepare business correspondences and handle assignments independently and professionally under tight deadline
- Manage Executive’s daily calendars, meeting schedules, travel plan with both internal and external parties
- Support the team on a needed basis – including organizing corporate events, meeting and conferences
- Fluent in English is must
