Job Description
- Responsible for managing and administering all centralization works & jobs of Branch Support & Telecommunication Sections under Operations Department
- Acting as the Deputy Head of Operations to manage the operational tasks of all departments/sections/units under Operations Department to ensure smooth operations
- Manage to administrate all correspondences from various Government Departments (e.g. HK Police, Official Receiver, etc.), solicitors and accounting firms in matters related to customers
- Manage to administrate all operational tasks responsible by Operations – Telecommunication Section relating to the SWIFT systems
- Good acknowledge and experience in interbank paper/electronic clearing & settlement services (such as, HK Interbank Clearing Ltd., The Central Clearing And Settlement System, etc.)
- Degree holder in Banking & Finance or related disciplines with 10 years relevant experience with minimum 5 years at managerial level
- Excellent interpersonal, management and presentation skill
- Good English business writing skill
