Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with overseas HR team to ensure accurate submission of data, including headcount and remuneration structure to head office
- Develop, Analyze and maintain rewards programs across the overseas Offices to understand the impact & cost-effectiveness
- Prepare & review remuneration proposals for international and overseas management staff. Provide recommendations to internal and external parties
- Monitor market trends, evaluate external competitiveness related to rewards and recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate and execute annual & activities, including LTIP calculation and Compensation Review cycle
- Provide Support in rewarding policies and processes from a continuous Improvement perspective
- Prepare regular reports, including staff cost and outsourcing cost, by consolidating data from various stakeholders
- Support to the preparation of annual sustainability report by consolidating and offering requesting information to ESG committee on a regular basis
- Ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 5+ years of work experience in C&B rewarding function in a regional or sizable capacity
- Sound numerical skills, attention to detail and accuracy and can work under pressure
- Organized with strong communication capability. Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Immediate available / short notice is a bonus
