Job Summary
To execute yearly learning and development plan by designing, delivering and follow-up frontline selling and service enhancement programs, learning platform and employees engagement initiatives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize learning and development activities to meet company mission
- Create fun and exciting learning programs or projects for team enhancement
- Implement appropriate training solutions to achieve service excellence & business objective
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and take follow-up actions, e.g. field coaching
- Assist in developing and maintaining e-learning platforms
- Other ad hoc L&D projects when necessary
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

- University graduate with minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proactive learner with positive and can do attitude
- Hands-on training experience in Retail industry will be definitely an advantage
- Experience on on-line training development and maintenance is an added advantage
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded and well-organized, creative in idea generation and application in daily work
- Responsible, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing and video editing
