We are partnering with a MNC insurance company and they are looking for a Manager in their HRBP team.

Your new role
This position reports into the Head of HR. Your responsibilities will include

• Provide a full spectrum of integrated human resources management services including manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, consultancy advice, employee engagement, performance management, reward management, etc. to excel business objectives
• Formulate and implement HR initiatives to facilitate and drive organizational development according to the business strategies and plans
• Take a proactive role in the provision of HR business partner services, thoroughly understand the business needs, recommend and execute HR solutions and recommendations in all aspects

• Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.
• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Over 6 years of HR experiences, prefer in FI industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Familiar with Excel, bonus with knowledge in Power BI
