Job Description

Our customers covers various banking & finance company, logistics, government department / bureau, etc. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our dynamic and fast-growing team to source for Financial Institutions and IT talents.
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal
- Responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategy to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames
- Maintain database for candidate mapping
- Responsible for business development and relationship management with candidates
- Build long term relationship with key clients, including various financial institutions, IT & telecom companies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Recruitment Sales experience is an advantage
- Hands-on experience on networking, building client relationships is highly preferred
- Flexible, Positive, independent, detail-oriented
- Outstanding communication and management skills
- Should be able to take and achieve sales targets
- Welcome career changers from finance, banking, insurance or sales and business development
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Immediately available is preferred
