Job Description
The Role:
Shiseido Fragrance Division is managing several brands including Serge Lutens, Issey Miyake, narciso rodriguez and Dolce&Gabbana. We are operating in different channels such as free-standing shops, department store counters and Tmall Global (e-commerce in China). This role is to ensure our frontline team and sales representatives are well-equipped with necessary knowledge and skillsets to achieve sales and service objectives, and to ensure the retail experience are meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, adapt and implement fragrance and make-up training programs and materials to ensure local frontline teams are equipped with necessary knowledge and skillset
- Prepare training materials and conduct trainings in Mandarin to KOLs and agency partners in Mainland China in remote/ e-learning manner, for our Tmall e-commerce business
- Devise training strategy in developing frontline team to enhance team growth and to advance service standard and sales
- Formulate and elevate retail experience in stores by setting up service flow standard, guideline and training to frontline staff
- Work closely with regional Education team to ensure flawless implementation and execution of programs
- Participate in events and activities aiming at building brand awareness, customer acquisition and retaining customer loyalty
Requirements:
- University graduate in any disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant training and development experience in fragrance/ makeup/ beauty industry
- Strong experience in program development/instructional design
- Solid coaching, training, leadership, and communication skills
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skill is a must
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience and qualification in fragrance training will be an advantage.
