What efforts you need to make for this role?

• Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies for the full recruitment cycle, to build the talent pipelines.
• Work closely with the hiring managers to establish the fit-for purpose talent acquisition approach to cope with business growth and hiring needs
• Fully utilize all organic channels and complete recruitment assignments in a efficient manner
• Actively approach potential talents via LinkedIn/cold-calls for potential job openings
• Conduct market research to keep abreast of key changes in the job market

Let's check if you are/ have...

• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 6-8 years’ relevant experience in sizable organization
• Passion in developing long-term career in Talent Acquisition
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of recruitment system is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Talent with less experience can be considered as Senior Officer
