The Marketing Team of Agoda is a world leader in online marketing. This department is highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. The team is a blend of the best analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists in the world. The marketing leadership at Agoda have deep experience in data science, product, strategy, and other marketing fields and have built an organization that thrives on data, creative ideas, and technology. The Performance Marketing Team also fosters a great learning environment. You will be able to learn and grow by working closely with experts from a variety of backgrounds from all over the world.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

Strategize: You will work with our Tech team to help design the Product roadmap to reach them, building a realistic plan with clear deliverables, success metrics and milestones/checkpoints. In addition to that you will own of one of our three Strategic Pillars for which you will build the target, strategy and optimization framework.

Lead: You will have dedicated resources to develop each of the two strategic areas under your responsibility, who will depend on you for guidance, decision making and creative problem solving.

Deliver: At Agoda, we make things happen. You will immediately see the impact of your choices and effort and will be able to use it to continue to further optimize our processes and systems.

Expand your skillset: while this role has a strong technical component, you will also own one of our Strategic Pillars: build a Customer Marketing strategy for your segment, get it executed, learn from the test results and iterate to bring always more and more value to our Company.

Can clearly quantify the impact of your actions: with so much to do, we need to be prioritization masters

Are a process/project management expert: you know how to map out everything we do, identify cost and value of those activities, find better ways to achieve the same output and build a comprehensive, gradual plan to get us there

You are restless and want to make an impact: this role requires the ability to gather support and drive plans to completion even in the face of competing priorities

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

3+ years of Project/Product Management, Consulting or Strategy/Business Operations experience

Proven experience handling technically sophisticated systems

Self-discipline, good organization and the ability to influence others

It’s Great if you Have:

An Engineering degree, an MBA or 3+ years of Consulting experience

Some coding capabilities
