A multinational company engaging in security products and safety system for corporate customers.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
- 7-8 years relevant experience in which at least 3 years in managerial role
- Previous experience in managing all-rounded administration functions
- Experience in sizable corporations would be a great advantage
- Task-oriented, dynamics with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Multi-tasking, self-initiative, analytical and able to work independently
- Proficient in communication of both spoken and written English
- Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring the office administration operations including facilities management, service contract renewal, office supplies control and procurement functions
- Support on managing costs & expenses and preparing annual budget and analysis reports
- Plan and coordination procurement of office supplies, services and office solutions/systems
- Handle vendor management and evaluation to ensure their performance can meet standard
- Participate in organizing company & staff engagement activities and renovation projects
- Assist in reviewing and implementing administration policies, procedures and guidelines
