Job Description: 

• Act as business partner to work closely with Team Managers to provide full spectrum of human resources services including but not limited to workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent management and HR report support
• Support a wide range of HR activities including employee engagement survey, culture training, annual dinner, staff wellness programs
• Assist in develop HR strategy and Performance Management design
• Formulate, review and align HR policies and procedures
• Support in HR digital transformation projects
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties are assigned 

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, preferable from Start-up business / fast-paced industries
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
• Strong in interpersonal skill, able to work independently
• Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Solid experience in using HRIS
• Proficient in MS Office, candidates with Photoshop or video editing experience is preferred
• Experience in L&D related tasks will be an advantage
• with more experience may consider as Senior HR Business Partner
