Responsibilities 

• Support daily office administration duties i.e. courier arrangement, pantry and office supplies replenishment, office cleaning, stationery, furniture procurement, office renovation and maintenance etc.
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of office administration services and improve the office environment
• Supervise cleaning lady on daily support to pantry and office
• Assist in organizing company events and activities
• Handle Lab's Petty Cash for CS and staff reimbursement
• Office Keys handling and distribution i.e. office doors keys, cabinet keys and locker keys
• Laboratory Equipment Maintenance
• Laboratory and sites materials purchasing
• Laboratory and warehouse storage and stock keeping
• Handle outsources vendors invoice and reimbursement
• Assist in any other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in biology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in office administration with experiences in laboratory is an advance
• Customer-oriented & flexible mind-set and proactive work attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-orientated, patient, self-motivated, well organized and a good team player.
  Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
