- Data input and prepare quotations
- Update quotation master and order summary
- Sales Order checking for verification of PO accuracy
- Assist in payment tracking for sales orders
- Assist in general admin and sales documentation support
Requirement:
- F.5 or above with 2-3 years relevant experience in general clerical support in sales and admin
- Sensitive to numbers and accurate in data inputting
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Knowledge of Incoterm is an advantage
- Experience in managing PO in ERP system is preferable (e.g. SAP, Oracle, IFS system)
