Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare procurement process and conduct bulk tender
• Assist and support general office administration matters
• Prepare vouchering of receiving and releasing payments
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as requested

Requirements:

• HKDSE/HKCEE or equivalent
• 1-2 years' working experience preferably in property management
• Service oriented, proactive and willing to learn
• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
