Job Description

• Provide extraordinary service to residents
• Create a warm and welcoming environment among the residential community
• Observe and react to the needs and expectations of customers
• Organize and execute community events to facilitate relationship building among the residential community
• Partner with the operations team to build brand and property awareness
• Handle daily property operations and resolve residential issues
• Conduct property viewings on need basis

Job Requirement

• 0-3 years working customer service is required
• Good Listener with strong communication skills, patient and empathetic
• Experience in working in co-living environment, hospitality industry is preferred
• Adapt to challenges, deal with emergency situations in a calmly manner and able to  manage conflict and complaints in a constantly changing environment
• Able to work in shifts (including morning shifts and night shifts)
• Proficiency in both Cantonese and EnglishCommunity Ambassador (up to $22K!! 5 day works/ flexible working location)
