Responsibilities:

• Perform all-rounded HR functions including on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, recruitment, headcount management, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, CSR, etc;
• Support in reviewing and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment and related legislation;
• Handle all aspects of benefits administration including leave management, staff medical and life insurance scheme;
• Create and maintain employee data records and personnel documents;
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required by Manager.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of C&B caluclation is a must;
• Careful, detail-minded, fast-paced, willing to change, responsible, proactive and able to work independently;
• Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline with at least 4 years’ experience in handling all-rounded HR operations, preferably gained from financial industry;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances;
• Fluent in speaking and writing English and Chinese. (Including Mandarin and Cantonese);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in MS-Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
