A well-developed client within the Insurance sector is looking for a high calibre and detail-oriented HR Business Partner experienced in post M&A project management.

Job Scope

This is a newly created headcount reporting to the HR Business Partner Lead to act as key contact point post-Merger and Acquisition of a new entity. You will be empowered to analyse, initiate, and drive strategies ensuring an efficient and effective integration, building a strong relationship and trust across multiple level stakeholders. You will act as an HR Business Partner/ HR advisor translating information into action plans, identifying potential risks and solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree qualification or above with a minimum of 6+ as an HR Business Partner with M&A or HR project management experience is a must.
• Confident individual with strong communication, stakeholder management and influential skills.
• Proven ability to thrive under a fast paced and matrix environment.
• Highly analytical and detail oriented who is able to translate disparate information into actions with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese is mandatory
