Responsibilities

• Understand the manpower needs of the designated departments
• Partner with the hiring managers & line manager to attract and identify the right candidates 
• Drive the end to end resourcing processes from developing and posting job ads to making offers and getting appointees onboard
• Support other team members in the other resourcing activities
• Keep abreast of the labour market changes and recommend necessary actions to maintain competitiveness to candidates
• Assist the team in building and upholding the employer brand of the company and support in other assignments or projects

Skills and Qualifications

• University graduate with a degree preferably in business, management or any other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 year of high volume retail operation recruitment experience, preferably in the health and beauty, retail or FMCG industry
• Organized with multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
