Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to Director
• Arrange and prepare business summaries, reports and presentation materials
• Prepare various reports and follow ad hoc projects
• Manage and coordinate internal/external communication
• Provide full range household management to family
• Responsible for managing the household's calendar, travel plans, events organizing, and etc.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business Studies/Secretarial Studies or equivalent
• 5 years or above relevant working experience in secretarial field
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Well-organized, presentable and efficient
• Hard worker, quick learner and detail-minded
• Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with people of all levels
