Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide customer services to customers via telephone and email
- Proactively identify customer’s needs and provide solutions
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
- Assist in the running of events
Requirements
- Tertiary education students/graduates with excellent communication & interpersonal skills, fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Previous experience in Sales admin or in the education field is a definite advantage.
- Good command of speaking in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good team player and responsible
