Department: Human Resources Business Partner

In this position, you will:
  • Act as Business Partner role to provide professional HR advice and service to line manager
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation and offering
  • Proactive source right candidate and conduct talent search via various channels, i.e. social media, online job boards, network, referrals and market research
  • Work closely with the division heads in ER issues, employee communications, manpower planning, employee career development, performance management and other HR projects
  • Drive innovation in HR programs and streamline internal procedures to achieve business efficiency
  • Compile HR analytical reports on a regular basis for management review
  • Participate in HR projects as assigned

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably from Telecom / IT / Retail industry
  • Well versed of HK employment ordinances
  • Well organized, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking skill, with high sense of responsibility and able to work independently
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS application, knowledge in using Talent Acquisition Tracking System & IPL is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
