Your role

• Assist to design, develop and deliver training programs to our frontline sales of mobile business
• Support training administration including budgeting and expenditure control, training records and system maintenance, program logistics and post program evaluation
• Generate training initiatives through analysis on Mystery Shopper Program (MSP), Net Promoter Score (NPS) and onsite observation
• Prepare training report analysis and keep all training records up-to-date
• Coordinate cross teams and/or departmental activities
• Support the participation of various internal and external company awards

To succeed in this role

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in telecommunications/ FMCG industry
• Hands on experience in soft skill training preferred
• Skills on video shooting and editing will be an advantage
• Strong and responsible team player who is proactive and agile with the "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced market environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Training Executive.
