Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the strategic planning and corporate development initiatives of the Bank, including market research, project coordination, presentations preparation, meeting minutes and financial analysis etc.
- Work with the team head to coordinate staff briefing, internal video/email communication and other events organized by the Executive Office
- Manage the corporate intranet platform, namely Business Operations Portal (“BOP”), for internal staff by working with various units in content creation and update, and maintain the relevant policies and procedures
- Renders assistance to the Supervisor for any other initiatives or general administration if appropriate
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with exposure to strategic planning or corporate development in banking industry is preferable
- Knowledge in webpage design management is a plus
- Well-versed in MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
- Good team player and detail oriented with strong sense of responsibility
