Description

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employment contract renewal, and staff relations
• Manage full cycle recruitment process, including discussing requirements with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, job advertisement creation, sourcing, screening, selecting, offer and on-boarding for multiple accounts
• Participate in providing HR strategic solutions for talent acquisition and retention, manpower planning, and budgeting

• Assist in organising staff training and development activities
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience
• Experience in full cycle recruitment activity
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
