Job Duties:

• Liaise and co-ordinate with different departments to complete assigned tasks
• Provide all-rounded secretarial support
• Perform duties like itinerary scheduling, minutes, reporting, presentation preparation and documents filing in an organized way, etc
• Participate in business projects support
• Take up ad-hoc assignments

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• Matriculated or above with 1-2 years solid relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable, can-do attitude, conscientious, teamwork, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing a must
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Applicant with more experience will be considered as Secretary
