Job Description
Our client, a well-established company in the local consumer retail sector with longstanding businesses, is looking for a seasoned professional to lead its human resources and administration functions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of HR functions from strategy formulation and manpower planning to provision of day-to-day professional support
- Manage C&B, performance review, bonus and incentive schemes, recruitment and employee engagement and payroll processing
- Responsible for data integrity and information management, and able to provide pre-emptive analytics to minimize HR risks and justify business needs
- Oversee retail training and service quality
- Responsible for shop leasing negotiation and lease renewal, and shop renovation, opening and closing
- Overall office administration to ensure efficient and effective operation of offices, shops and systems
- Well versed in labour ordinances and public health measures to ensure legal compliance and employee safety
- Ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Degree in human resources management or related disciplines
- An all-rounded HR generalist with solid HR and admin experience in the retail sector, and minimum 15 years in a leadership role
- A proactive analytical solution seeker who strives to deliver results
- Self-driven, positive, diplomatic and enjoys interacting with people at all levels
- Dependable, multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in verbal and written Chinese and English
