Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to Purchasing Department
  • Assist in handling invoices, order and payment process
  • Responsible for data entry and document filling
  • Collect products samples from supplier
  • Handle ad hoc duties as request

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • 1 year of administrative experience, fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Independent, well-organized and multi-tasking
  • Familiar with PC software such as MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
