Responsibilities:

•     Independently handle company secretarial work for listed groups
•     Prepare annual reports, interim reports, announcements, circulars, board documents and minutes of board meetings
•     Communicate or coordinate with regulators and professional bodies
•     Plan, organize and conduct all matters related to the convening of the Board of Directors, Committees and General Meetings of Shareholders
•     Ensure proper and timely compliance with Listing Rules, Corporate Regulations and all regulatory requirements
•     Ensure proper statutory filing and effective maintenance of all internal company records
•     Work on any ad hoc projects

Entry requirements:

•     University degree or above, with good Chinese and English word skills and translation skills;
•     More than 5 years of relevant work experience in listed companies or secretarial companies or company secretarial assistants is preferred;
•     Familiar with the Companies Ordinance and the Hong Kong Listing Rules and requirements, and experience as a company secretary of a listed company or professional organization is preferred;
•     Proficient in using office software such as office, good communication and expression skills, and strong learning ability;
•     Delicate work, rigorous work, able to withstand pressure, and have good professional ethics;
•     HKCGI members are preferred;
•     Immediate available is preferred
