Job Description

*Our office will be reallocated to Lai Chi Kok in the early of November.

Responsibilities:

  • To execute HR functions including talent acquisition, staff attendance and benefits, performance management, staff relations and HRIS management
  • To execute full life-cycle of recruitment, explore effective recruitment channels, including job posting, drafting job advertisement, candidate sourcing, interviews coordination, on-boarding & off-boarding process
  • Create talent pool, recruitment flow and HR related reports
  • Process and assist monthly payroll and ad hoc payments
  • Source, propose and organize the renewal of employees’ benefits and various insurance plans
  • Maintain HR records and filing of personal data, leave records, attendance

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in HR or Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organization skill
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
  • Team player with independent, detail-oriented and positive working attitude
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, and other Human Resources related statutory regulations
  • Experienced handle new system implementation is an advantage 
  • More than 2 years’ experience in handling all round office administration functions in a sizable company is preferred
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
