• Responsible for new shop opening projects.
• Oversee and manage daily stores operations, monitor P&L and support in business
• Plan and maximize the brand performance.
• Analyze and prepare sales report for management review.
• Lead the team to achieve the sales target.
• Monitor and train the team to deliver quality services to our valuable guests.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth and effective operation.
• Work closely with Kitchen and Office Teams for new restaurant opening project.
• Maintain hygiene standard meets company policy and government legalization.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

• 10 years’ experience in F&B industry including at least 4 years' experience at brand operation managerial level.
• Good knowledge and experience in Restaurant Operation as well as Customer Services Training.
• Positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good computer skills.
