Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all-rounded human resources functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management;
- Participate in full employee life cycle such as hiring, on boarding, engagement and development to off boarding;
- Manage daily HR operations including but not limited to maintaining leave and attendance record ;
- Assisting the superior officers to plan, implement and monitor: KPI objectives, training programs, or regulations;
- Responsible for office administrative and operations support ;
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Holder of HR Management Diploma or equivalent;
- At least 3 years work experience in HR or administration field;
- Min. 1 year to serve as supervisor or officer;
- Good knowledge of HK Labor ordinance;
- Familiar with MS office applications;
- Mature, independent and able to work under pressure;
- Immediate availabilityis highly preferred.
- Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant HR Officer.
