Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up orders
- Communicate with warehouse on delivery arrangement
- Provide administration and documentation support to the team
- Conduct telemarketing calls and assist in marketing activities
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- DSE or above
- 0-1 year working experience in sales/ clerical support
- Marketing experience is an advantage
- Good communication, team player and self-motivated
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken English & Cantonese
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
