Our client is a well known group,  they are looking for potential candidate to join their Executive team in Hong Kong.

 Responsibilities;

• To perform personal assistant to Top Executive of Group;
• To handle a broad range secretarial and administrative role;
• To support his personal schedule and entertainment arrangement;
• Dealing with Banker / Auditor / Finance matter;
• To arrange family /personal issue including travel management, meeting schedule, office administration, driver schedule etc;
• Handle ad-hoc support.

 Requirements:

• Degree in business administration or related disciplines;
  
• About 5 years + working experience, Major experience in supporting of Top Executive;
• Experience in working with Finance / Banking is an advantage;
• Experience in personal assistant /executive support;
• Fluent communication with Spoken and Written of Chinese and English;
• Detail minded and flexible person.
