Job Responsibilities:

• Support full spectrum of learning & development functions, including but not limited to the formulation of annual training plan & budget, in-house training and seminars, orientation programs and staff engagement activities.
• Identify training needs, design, develop, deliver, evaluate and improve training materials & programs to enhance staff & organization performance in terms of products, sales, services, operations to in line with company goals & objectives.
• Prepare, update and review training materials for different training classes in accordance with various requirements and purposes.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in facilitation of training programs preferred with solid experience in corporate level and shaping customer experience/ service culture
• Experienced in PRC training is a must
• Exposure in regional L&D in Retail or Luxury industry is an advantage
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint with video shooting/editing skill preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proactive, fast-paced with strong presentation and influencing skills
• Detail-minded, well organized and able to work independently
• Willingness to occasionally travel
