Job Description
Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok
Working Hours: 38.35 work hours per week, during Monday to Friday daytime or Saturday morning
Responsibilities:
- Work in a call centre environment and responsible for handling inquiries, claims and complaints from customers
- Work closely with other local departments, corporate international network and external insurance companies to meet customer requests
- Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance standards
- Participate in customer loyalty program and reflect customer feedback to management
- Provide solutions for improving customer service quality
- Participate in various CS team projects
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE/ HKDSE or equivalent)
- At least 4 years’ customer service experience, preferably in customer care environment, call centre experience is an advantage
- Customer-oriented with good communication, interpersonal and telephone skills
- Logical thinking and good problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good team-spirit, open-minded and flexible
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient PC skills
