As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Act as one contact window to clients after an order is created
  • Ensure the order processing flow in a timely manner
  • Create project files and ensure test plans, project schedules, report issues meet client requirement
  • Handle daily clients’ inquiries and complaints
We are looking for talent with:
  • High Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year’s working experience in project management and/ customer services field
  • Experience in testing laboratory industry will be a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
  • Competency in MS Office skills including Work, Excel and Outlook
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Coordinator
  • Immediately available at work is an advance
