Responsibilities:

• Responsible for comprehensive HR services, with special focus on full cycle of recruitment and staff relations;
• Provide one-stop hiring service for both office, factory and frontline positions including but not limited to innovative sourcing, offer negotiation, contract preparation, job advertising, attend recruitment day and so on;
• Perform warmest onboarding formality to acquaint new joiners with office culture
• Work close and build rapport relationship with section heads and identify the hiring needs, job descriptions and selection criteria;
• Explore potential and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and recruitment channels;
• Support to campus career activity, summer internship schemes and branding initiatives;
• Assist in planning, budgeting and implementing the employee engagement activities
• Handle ad hoc projects & support C&B projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources or related discipline
• Min 2 years' experience in talent acquisition or mass recruitment is an advantage;
• Familiar with HK labor ordinance and related employment legislations 
• Innovative, resourceful and proactive personality with a strong work ethic & passion;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in Excel and Chinese word processing; 
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
